We strongly recommend reading these Terms of Service in full and familiarizing yourself with our policies before using galaxy-panel.com.

Acceptance of Rules

By registering an account and placing orders, you agree to comply with all rules outlined in these terms.

Modification of Terms

GP reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Order Terms

Service descriptions on Galaxy Panel apply per 1,000 units ordered. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these terms without the right to dispute them. Orders that are partially completed or cancelled are automatically refunded for the undelivered portion.

Prohibited Content

GP does not provide or support services for accounts, videos, or posts that:

• Promote adult, pornographic, hateful, violent, or illegal content.
• Violate the target platform's terms of service or community guidelines.
• Are used for fraudulent or manipulative activity.

Orders placed for this kind of content may be cancelled at any time.

Return Policy

GP does not offer refunds for payments made through the platform. Any remaining account balance cannot be withdrawn or refunded to PayPal, crypto, or any other payment method.

Refund Policy

Refunds aren't provided for completed transactions or completed orders. The one exception: if you can show that you received nothing at all from an order, you may be eligible for a refund.

To request this, open a support ticket on our official Discord server within 24 hours of the order being created, and clearly state that nothing was received. Tickets opened after this 24-hour window are not eligible for a refund.

Discretionary Application

GP retains the right to apply the return and refund terms above at its own discretion, on a case-by-case basis.

Refills are only available for services that explicitly state a refill option. Services labeled "High Drop" or "No Refill" are not eligible for refills.

Refills are primarily intended to cover services that get disabled and become unavailable, usually due to a functionality issue on the provider's side.

Ownership & Security

GP owns all materials on the platform and their associated intellectual property rights. Any security breach or attempt to compromise the platform will result in legal action.

Ban Terms

GP reserves the right to ban any account at any time if deemed necessary, and is not obligated to provide a reason for doing so. Accounts found to be involved in fraudulent activity will be permanently banned.

Confidentiality

All transactions processed by GP are treated as strictly confidential between the relevant payment provider (PayPal, CashApp, or any other supported method) and your device.

General Conditions

You're responsible for providing accurate information when using GP. Unauthorized copying of site content is strictly prohibited, and you must not engage in any activity that compromises site security or disrupts other users.

Sequential Orders

Please don't place a second order for the same account, video, or post until the first order has fully completed — doing so can interfere with delivery and make it harder to track issues.

Activity Guarantee

GP does not guarantee perfect activity stability or zero drops on any order. See our FAQ for more on drop rates and account quality.
