Welcome to Galaxy Panel ("GP"). Please read these terms carefully before you register or buy anything. By registering and using the GP website and its services, you agree to everything listed here.
1.1 Acceptance
By creating an account, using the website or placing an order at galaxy-panel.com you agree to follow all rules in these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use GP.
1.2 Changes
GP may change these terms at any time, without prior notice. The date at the top shows the latest update. If you keep using GP after a change, you accept the updated terms.
1.3 Our FAQ
The FAQ explains how GP works in practice (statuses, links, refills, drop rates and more). It helps you use the service correctly but does not replace these terms.
2.1 Accurate information
You are responsible for giving accurate information (such as a working email address) and for everything that happens under your account.
2.2 Keeping access safe
Keep your password and your API key to yourself. Whoever has them can place orders and spend your balance, and GP cannot reverse orders placed that way. Regenerate your API key and change your password immediately if you suspect misuse.
2.3 Linked accounts
You may link your Discord and/or Telegram account to log in and to receive notifications. You can unlink them in your profile at any time.
3.1 Prices and quantities
Prices apply per 1,000 units. The price shown in the charge preview is what is deducted from your balance when you place the order. By placing an order you accept the service description, price and limits shown at that time.
3.2 Correct links and public accounts
You are responsible for entering the correct link in the correct format and for making sure the account or post is public for the whole delivery. GP checks the link format and may reject an order that does not match the service. Orders placed with a wrong or private link may not start or may be delayed, and are generally not refunded.
3.3 One active order per link
You may not have more than one active order (status Pending, In progress or Processing) on the same link at the same time. GP declines further orders on that link automatically until the earlier one has finished.
3.4 Delivery time
An order can take up to 72 hours to complete, regardless of its size or type. Orders that are only partly completed or that are cancelled are refunded automatically for the undelivered part.
3.5 Prohibited content
GP does not provide or support services for accounts, videos or posts that:
- promote adult, pornographic, hateful, violent or illegal content,
- violate the terms of service or community guidelines of the target platform,
- are used for fraudulent or manipulative activity.
Orders for such content may be cancelled at any time.
4.1 Balance
Payments add balance to your account, which is calculated in euro. Balance can only be used to pay for orders. A payment method may charge a fee, which is shown before you confirm a deposit.
4.2 No payouts
GP does not refund payments made through the platform. Remaining balance cannot be withdrawn or sent back to PayPal, crypto or any other payment method.
4.3 Refunds for orders
Completed transactions and completed orders are not refunded. One exception: if you can show that you received nothing at all from an order, you may be eligible for a refund.
To request this, open a support ticket (on the Support page or on our official Discord server) within 24 hours after the order was created and clearly state that nothing was received. Requests made after these 24 hours are not eligible.
4.4 Case-by-case decisions
GP applies the rules above at its own discretion, case by case.
4.5 Confidentiality of payments
Payments are processed by the payment provider you choose (for example PayPal, CashApp, a crypto payment provider or another supported method) and are treated as confidential between that provider and you. See the Privacy Policy for details.
5.1 Refill
Refills are only available for services that explicitly offer one. Services labelled "High Drop", "No Refill" or "No Warranty" are not eligible. A refill can be requested for finished orders within the refill period of the service (counted from the completion of the order), with at least 24 hours between requests.
5.2 "No Warranty" services
Services labelled "No Warranty" are sold without any guarantee. There is no refill, no replacement and no refund for them, whatever the reason - this includes numbers that drop after delivery and requests under 4.3. Units that could not be delivered at all are still returned to your balance automatically, as described in 3.4.
5.3 Services that are no longer offered
Refills are only available for active services. If a service is deactivated, discontinued or otherwise unavailable, its refill guarantee expires automatically.
5.4 Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled for services and in states where the panel offers a cancel option. A cancellation is confirmed by the delivery side; the outcome is either a full refund (Cancelled) or a refund of the undelivered part (Partial).
6.1 Discounts
Spend-based discount tiers and promo-code discounts reduce the price of your orders. Several discounts do not add up - the best one applies. GP may change or end tiers and codes at any time; a deactivated or deleted discount code stops working immediately, also for accounts that already redeemed it. Balance that was already credited by a code stays.
6.2 Promo codes
A promo code can be redeemed once per account and may be limited in time and number. Free balance from codes has no cash value and is subject to 4.2.
6.3 Affiliate program
If someone registers with your invite link and adds funds, you receive a commission in balance as shown on the Affiliate page. Commissions are balance as well and subject to 4.2. Inviting yourself, using multiple or fake accounts or any other abuse of the program is not allowed; GP may remove commissions and rewards obtained this way and ban the accounts involved.
6.4 Free orders
Free orders and free-order uses are a goodwill offer that GP may change or stop at any time.
7.1 What you must not do
- copy content of the site without permission,
- attempt to break, overload or otherwise compromise the security or availability of the site or the API, or disturb other users,
- use GP for fraud, including payment fraud,
- create further accounts to get around a ban or to abuse codes, free orders or the affiliate program.
7.2 Bans
GP may ban any account at any time if it considers this necessary, without having to give a reason. Accounts involved in fraudulent activity are banned permanently.
7.3 Ownership and security
GP owns all materials on the platform and the related intellectual property rights. Any security breach or attempt to compromise the platform will lead to legal action.
8.1 No guarantee of stability
GP does not guarantee perfect stability or zero drops for any order. How much of a delivery stays depends heavily on the platform, the service and the quality of the accounts. The FAQ explains drop levels and account quality.
8.2 Third-party platforms
You use GP at your own risk with regard to the platforms you promote on. GP has no influence on decisions or rule changes of those platforms.
8.3 Availability
We work to keep GP available, but short interruptions, for example for maintenance, can happen. Current information is on our status page.
