How do I check the status of my order?
To check your order status, simply log in to your account and navigate to the "My Orders" section. There, you will find updates on your order's progress, including statuses such as:
- Pending --> Order is waiting in queue
- Processing --> Order is actively being processed
- In Progress --> Order is running
- Completed --> Order finished successfully
- Partial --> Only partially completed (partial refund issued)
- Canceled --> Order was canceled and got refunded
What is the link format I should use for every order?
This is critical: Always use DIRECT account/post links!
Correct examples:
- Instagram Follower --> https://instagram.com/testaccount
- TikTok Follower --> https://tiktok.com/@testaccount
- Facebook Follower --> https://facebook.com/testaccount
- YouTube Subscribers --> https://youtube.com/@testaccount
How to get the correct link:
1. Go to the account profile or post
2. Click Share --> Copy link
3. Use the copied link in your order
Important:
If you copy the link from the browser address bar and use it for your order, your order may not start or will be significantly delayed. In most cases, refunds are NOT possible when incorrect links are used.
Why is my order taking so long?
An order may require up to 72 hours for completion, regardless of order size or type. This is normal and expected.
Reasons for delays:
- High volume of orders exceeding system capacity
- Technical issues affecting system performance
- Peak load periods
Critical:
While your order is under 72 hours, we CANNOT cancel it. Cancellations are only possible after the 72-hour period has passed.
If an order exceeds the 72-hour timeframe, please contact Support via our official Discord server (https://discord.gg/rxepWKEgWz) to report the delay and request assistance.
What does "Instant Start" mean?
Instant Start means your order begins (mostly) almost immediately - it's requested directly and doesn't wait in queue.
How to verify your order has "Instant Start":
- Go to "My Orders "
- Check the status: If it says "Processing" (not "Pending"), your order is running directly
- If it still says "Pending", it's waiting in the queue
Note:
Even with Instant Start, orders can take up to 72 hours to fully complete. Just because it's Instant Start doesn't mean it finishes instantly.
Understanding Speed Settings: Slow, Fast, Medium, Super Instant, Instant, Super Fast
The speed setting determines how quickly your order is fulfilled. Do NOT confuse this with "Instant Start" - speed is about completion speed, not queue position.
Speed levels:
- Slow --> Takes longer, but often more stable
- Medium --> Balanced speed and quality
- Fast --> Quick delivery
- Super Instant --> Very, very fast delivery (should complete in minutes to hours, not days)
Important:
Even "Super Instant" orders can take up to 72 hours if the system is under heavy load. However, if you selected Super Instant and it takes more than a few hours, something may be wrong.
How to check speeds:
Click on a service before ordering to see a speedometer on the right side. Hover over the question mark to see the last 3 orders completion times and when they were placed.
Understanding Service Symbols & Labels
Max 10M
Max 10M (Maximum 10 Million) --> The maximum amount you can order per single order is 10 Million. If you need more, place multiple orders.
Day 100K
Day 100K (Daily 100 Thousand) --> Maximum 100 000 units can be delivered per day. This is a daily cap to maintain stability and quality.
Multiple Emojis Behind Service Name
When you see multiple emojis (e.g., 👍 ❤️ 😂) behind a service name, this means it's a mixed service combining different reaction types or engagement types. You're ordering a mix of engagement, not just one type.
Post Views Explained
Post Views services can target:
- Last 10 Post --> Views are distributed across your last 10 posts
- Last 500 Post --> Views are distributed across your last 500 posts
- Single Post --> All views go to one specific post
Example:
If you have 20 posts and want views on all of them, you can use "Last 20 Post" or higher to ensure all posts get coverage.
What does the label "Most Popular" mean?
The label "Most Popular" indicates which service option customers choose most frequently. It's what other users recommend through their purchasing behavior and is often the best value for quality.
Country/Region Labels (Worldwide, USA, Europe, etc.)
The country label in parentheses indicates where the accounts originate from:
- Worldwide --> Accounts can be from any country (mixed: German, Russian, French, European, etc.)
- USA --> Accounts are from the United States
- Europe --> Accounts are from European countries
- Specific Country --> Accounts from that specific country only
Choose based on your target audience or where you want activity to appear from.
What is Website Traffic?
Website Traffic means you receive visitor traffic to your website. When you order 10,000 Website Traffic, 10,000 bots (or sometimes real visitors, depending on the service) will visit your website and stay for a short to longer period of time.
It's straightforward: visitors come to your site, increasing your traffic metrics.
What are Roblox Connections?
Roblox Connections are essentially Roblox friend requests. When you order them, you receive friend requests on your Roblox account.
What does "Refill" and "No Refill" mean?
Refill" is an additional free service provided by Galaxy Panel. For example, if you purchase 1,000 Instagram followers with a refill guarantee and 200 followers disappear, you can re-add those lost followers for free.
If you purchase a service labeled **"No Refill,"** lost followers cannot be re-added.
Important Refill Timing:
Refill requests can only be submitted 24 hours after your order completes. Once 24 hours have passed, your refill order will be reprocessed for free in minutes.
How can I refill my order?
In order to refill your order please follow the following steps:
1. Go to "My Orders "
2. Click on the order you wish to refill
3. Click the "Refill" button
4. Done! Your refill is usually processed automatically within minutes to hours
Note:
Refill requests can only be submitted once every 24 hours. Delays may occur during peak system load.
What does "Partial" in my order status mean?
A "Partial" status occurs when the system is unable to fully complete an order, resulting in a partial refund for the undelivered amount.
Example:
You purchase 10,000 units for 10€ but only 9,000 units are delivered. The system automatically refunds 1€ for the remaining 1,000 units.
Causes:
- Technical issues
- System limitations
- Insufficient account availability
Resolution:
Order fulfillment issues typically resolve within 24–72 hours. If this persists, please contact support.
Why did my bots drop?
There can be several reasons for a decrease in delivered bots, including:
- Fast Services --> Ordering fast services may result in a higher drop rate. Waiting a few hours for better service quality is often recommended
- "No Refill" Services --> Services without a refill option do not include any warranty
- Services labeled as "High Drop" --> If a service includes "High Drop" in its name, most delivered bots may disappear due to low-quality accounts getting banned
- Platform Algorithm Changes --> Platform updates can affect service stability and lead to drops
- Service Quality Changes --> A decrease in service quality can cause drops
- Invalid Links or Private Accounts --> Failure to use correct link formats or targeting private accounts affects delivery
- Technical Issues --> Problems with Galaxy Panel or the social media platforms themselves may contribute
Recommendation:
Use high-quality services (especially HQ/UHQ accounts) to minimize drop rates.
Understanding Drop Rates: No Drop, Low Drop, Medium Drop, High Drop
🟢 No Drop:
- Zero bots are lost after purchase
- All purchased bots remain permanent
- Premium guarantee
🟡 Low Drop:
- Very few bots are lost
- Example: Ordering 10,000 with Low Drop, you lose only a small percentage
- Highly recommended for stability
🟠 Medium Drop:
- Moderate amount of bots lost
- Predictable but noticeable
- Acceptable for most orders
🔴 High Drop:
- Many bots are lost
- Most delivered bots may disappear due to platform bans
- Only recommended for testing or very low-cost services
- Not recommended for important projects
Important:
Please note that your bots can drop anytime, even when the service was labeled as "No Drop".
To understand why please read the section before.
Understanding Account Quality: LQ, HQ, UHQ
LQ (Low Quality):
- Cheap, low-quality accounts
- Clearly look like bots
- Spam names and suspicious patterns
- Very high drop risk
- Not realistic
HQ (High Quality):
- Good quality accounts
- Have profile pictures
- Normal, realistic usernames
- Relatively safe
- Somewhat realistic
UHQ (Ultra High Quality):
- Premium quality accounts
- Realistic profile pictures
- Real names and usernames
- Have several own posts
- Have followers and follow other accounts
- Look like real, active accounts
- Lowest drop risk
- More expensive but worth the investment
Recommendation:
For important projects, use UHQ accounts – they save money long-term due to fewer drops.
How does "Mass Orders" work?
We recommend using "Simple Order" for most users as it's the easiest to use.
Simple Order (Recommended):
1. Select a category
2. Select a service
3. Enter your amount (per link)
4. In the "Enter each order on a new line" field, add your links (one per line)
5. Click "Create Order"
How it works:
The amount you set is multiplied by the number of links. If you add 10 links with an amount of 10,000, you pay for 100,000 total (10 links × 10,000 each).
Classic Order (Advanced):
This requires entering:
- Service ID (technical)
- Link
- Amount
We don't recommend this – it's more complicated. Stick with Simple Order.
What is Dripfeed?
Dripfeed is an advanced tool that distributes your order across multiple runs over time, making growth appear more natural and reducing ban risk.
How Dripfeed Works – The Math
Formula: Runs × Amount = Total Cost
Example (What NOT to do):
- You want 10,000 followers
- You set: 10 Runs + 10,000 Amount
- You pay for 100,000 followers (10 × 10,000 = 100,000)
- This is wrong!
Correct approach:
- You want 10,000 followers delivered over 10 runs
- Set: 10 Runs + 1,000 Amount
- You pay for 10,000 followers (10 × 1,000 = 10,000)
- 1,000 followers per run for 10 runs = 10,000 total
What is Interval?
The "Interval" determines the time gap between each run.
If you set a 60-minute interval:
- Run 1 completes --> System waits 60 minutes
- Run 2 begins --> System waits 60 minutes
- Run 3 begins --> And so on...
Why use intervals?
Spreading orders over time makes growth look more natural and reduces the risk of accounts getting deleted or flagged by platforms. This is especially useful on platforms where rapid growth triggers suspicion.
How do Reports work?
Reports means accounts are reported/flagged a specific number of times.
Important:
The number of reports needed varies by account:
- Some accounts get deleted with just 100 reports
- Other accounts need 10,000+ reports to be removed
- The platform determines this automatically
General rule:
Higher report counts --> higher success rate, but higher cost.
What is a Promo Code?
If you have a Promo Code (often shared by content creators or promoters), you can:
1. Go to the Promo Code section
2. Enter your code
3. Click redeem
What does it do?
Promo codes give you a discount on your purchase or free balance, depending on the Promo Code
What are Telegram Bot Starts?
Telegram Bot Starts boost the monthly active user count of your Telegram bot.
Example:
If you order 10,000 Bot Starts, your bot will display "10,000 monthly active users."
It's that simple – it increases your bot's user metrics instantly.
Understanding Speed Labels: Super Instant vs Instant Start
DO NOT CONFUSE THESE:
- Instant Start = Your order goes directly into processing (not in queue)
- Check by seeing "Processing" status instead of "Pending"
Super Instant / Instant / Super Fast = How fast the service is fulfilled
- Super Instant should complete in minutes to hours
- But can still take up to 72 hours during heavy load
- If you ordered Super Instant and it's been hours with no progress, something might be wrong
How does the Affiliate System work?
The Affiliate System allows you to invite friends and earn commission on their purchases.
How it works:
- When your referred friend loads funds (e.g., 10€), you earn a commission
- For example: Your friend deposits 10€ --> You get 1€ credited to your own balance
Important:
Commissions ONLY apply to purchases made via "Automatic Checkout".
It does NOT apply to deposits via Ticket/Support or any non-Checkout payment method
Only genuine purchase payments count toward your affiliate earnings.
Profile & API Section
What is the API Token and how do I use it?
Your API Token allows you to automatically resell Galaxy Panel services through your own platform or service.
How it works:
1. We provide API documentation with all integration details
2. You create HTTP requests using our API endpoints
3. You include your API Key at the end of each request
4. Your customers' orders are placed through your system
Example:
You build a website, integrate our API, and resell our services to your customers. They pay you while you use the API to fulfill their orders through Galaxy Panel.
When should I change my API Token?
You should change your API Token if:
- You suspect it was compromised
- Someone unauthorized may have accessed it
- You want to reset it for security
⚠️ NEVER share your API Key! ⚠️
Your API Key is like a password. If someone has it, they can:
- Place real orders on your account
- Spend your money
- Access all your account features
Protect it at all costs. Treat it like a password – never share it, never post it, never commit it to public code!
