How do I check the status of my order?
To check your order status, simply log in to your account and navigate to the "My orders" section. There, you will find updates on your order’s progress, including statuses such as Pending, Processing, In Progress, Completed, Canceled, or Partial.

What is the link format I should use for every order?
Go to the account profile or the post, then click Share --> Copy Link. The copied link is the link you should enter when placing the order.
If you copy the link from the browser address bar (for example, https://instagram.com/@testaccount or https://tiktok.com/testaccount) and use those links for an order, it may cause the order to not start or result in a significant delay. In most cases, refunds are not possible when incorrect links are used.

Why is my order taking so long?
An order may require 24 to 72 hours for completion. This delay usually occurs when the volume of orders exceeds the system’s processing capacity, leading to longer processing times. Contributing factors include a surge in order placements or technical issues affecting system performance.
During periods of system overload, orders may be delayed due to a processing backlog.
If an order exceeds the 72-hour timeframe, buyers are encouraged to contact the Owner/Founder or Support via our official Discord server (https://discord.gg/rxepWKEgWz) to report the delay and request assistance.

What does "Partial" in my order status mean?
A Partial status occurs when the system is unable to fully complete an order, resulting in a partial refund for the undelivered amount. This may happen due to technical issues or system limitations.
For example, if you purchase an order of 10,000 units for 10€ and only 9,000 units are delivered, the system will automatically refund the remaining 1,000 units (equivalent to 1€). Order fulfillment issues typically resolve within 24–72 hours.
If you encounter this issue, we recommend considering alternative services for your needs.

Why did my bots drop?
There can be several reasons for a decrease in delivered bots through Galaxy Panel, including:

- Fast Services: Ordering fast services may result in a higher drop rate. Waiting a few hours for better service quality is often recommended.
- No Refill: Services without a refill option do not include any warranty.
- High Drop Services: If a service includes terms like "High Drop" in its name, it means that most of the delivered amount may disappear due to low-quality accounts that get banned by the platform.
- Changes in Social Media Algorithms: Platform algorithm updates can affect service stability and lead to drops.
- Changes in Service Quality: A decrease in service quality can also cause drops.
- Changes in Customer Behavior: Invalid links, private accounts, or failure to read service descriptions and guidelines can affect delivery.
- Technical Issues: Problems with the Galaxy Panel system or the social media platforms themselves may contribute to drops.

Using high-quality services is strongly recommended to minimize drop rates.

What does "Refill" and "No Refill" mean?
Refill is an additional free service provided by Galaxy Panel. For example, if you purchase 1,000 Instagram followers with a refill guarantee and 200 followers disappear, you can re-add those lost followers for free.
If you purchase a service labeled "No Refill," lost followers cannot be re-added.

How can I refill my order?
To refill your order, go to the "My Orders" section and click on the order you wish to refill. Scroll down and click the "Refill" button. Once clicked, your refill request is successfully submitted and will usually be processed automatically within minutes.
Please note that refill requests can only be submitted once every 24 hours. Delays may occur if the system is experiencing high traffic or heavy load.
