Order Terms:
Service descriptions provided on Galaxy Panel apply per 1,000 units ordered. Customers acknowledge and accept these terms without the right to dispute.
Partially completed or canceled orders will be automatically refunded.
GP does not provide or support services for accounts or videos that:
- Promote adult, pornographic, hateful, violent, or illegal content.
- Violate social media platform terms or community guidelines.
- Engage in fraudulent or manipulative activities.
Any Orders placed for such content may be canceled.
Return Policy:
GP does not offer refunds for payments made through our platform or servers.
Remaining balances cannot be withdrawn or refunded to PayPal, Crypto, or any other payment method.
Acceptance of Rules:
By registering and placing orders, customers agree to comply with all rules outlined by GP.
Modification of Terms:
GP reserves the right to modify its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
Discretionary Application:
GP retains the right to apply return and refund terms at its own discretion.
Ownership and Security:
GP owns all materials and associated intellectual property rights.
Any security breaches or violations will result in legal action.
Activity Guarantee:
GP does not guarantee activity stability or zero drops for any orders.
Sequential Orders:
Customers should refrain from placing a second order for the same account/video/post until the first order has been fully completed.
General Conditions:
Users are responsible for providing accurate information.
Unauthorized copying of site content is strictly prohibited.
Users must not engage in activities that compromise site security or disrupt other users.
Non-Disclosure Agreement:
All transactions recorded by GP are treated as strictly confidential between PayPal, CashApp, any other payment platforms, and the user’s device.
Ban Terms:
GP reserves the right to ban any account at any time if deemed necessary.
GP is not obligated to provide a reason for account bans.
Accounts involved in fraudulent activities will be permanently banned.
Refund Policy:
Refunds are not provided for completed transactions or completed orders.
However, if a user can prove that they did not receive anything from their order at all, they may be eligible for a refund. In such cases, the user must open a support ticket in the official Discord server (https://discord.gg/rxepWKEgWz) within 24 hours of the order creation and clearly state that nothing was received. If the ticket is opened after this 24-hour period, no refund will be possible.
Refill Policy:
Refills are not available for services without an explicitly stated refill option.
Services labeled as "High Drop" or "No Refill" are excluded from refill eligibility.
Refills are primarily intended for services that have been disabled and are no longer available, usually due to functionality issues.
